Dear Alumni, Whether you are a new graduate or you have accumulated a generation of experience since receiving your degree, you probably recall and profoundly cherish your pinning ceremony. I’m proud to inform you that the School of Nursing Alumni Association has raised $2,200 for the purchase of nursing pins for our pre-licensure students. This June we are adding a third commemorative ceremony along with the two existing to celebrate and honor our post-licensure MSN advanced practice students. Though we are happy with this achievement, we would like to appeal for even more support from our alumni. As an incentive, April donors who give $25 or more toward the School of Nursing Alumni Association Pin Project, using the giving site, will receive one of our newly designed School of Nursing MSN pins (pictured above). We hope this entices you to help us provide pins to honor all the students who will be joining the nursing profession and celebrate with them the completion of their advance practice MSN degree. You can contribute by using the giving site or mailing a donation to the following address: (Make checks payable to “UCLA Foundation” and add “Pin Project” in the memo line.)
