Los Angeles Westside Network

Our club motto is "Dollars for Scholars." Our mission: To raise scholarship funds for deserving UCLA-bound students!

We have all sorts of activities for increasing membership growth, participation and fundraising. As the club is located in UCLA's backyard, we are aware of the valuable contributions we make to the UCLA traditions of excellence in academics and athletics.

We are a town/gown organization for alumni and friends of UCLA. Officers are alumni and members of the UCLA Alumni Association.

The Westside Bruin Club is made up of Alumni and Friends of UCLA who share an enthusiasm for all things UCLA, as well as an enjoyment of everything the Westside area has to offer. We have been around for over 60 years, making us one of the oldest groups within the Alumni Association. Don’t let the age of the Club fool you, though. The WBC is the first stop for many recent grads that want to stay connected to their alma mater, and also for those in the neighborhood who want to enjoy what Bruin spirit has to offer.

The WBC hosts events including mixers, museum tours, hikes, tailgates, fundraisers, and community service. There’s something for everyone here, and we try and incorporate a little bit of everything the area has to offer. Come join us at an upcoming event and I think you’ll see there’s something Bruin for you!
