To request the services of Spirit Ambassadors, submit an Appearance Request form to Mollie Vehling, located on the first floor of the James West Alumni Center, at least two weeks prior to your event date.

Spirit Ambassadors are made available primarily for professional networking and personal engagement. Their services do not include event staffing, check-in or other administrative duties. This service is free for all UCLA-affiliated organizations.
