Scholarship Volunteering

The San Francisco Bay Area Network provides merit-based scholarships to UCLA students that attended High School or Community College in the San Francisco Bay Area. These scholarships are administered as part of the state-wide Alumni Association Scholarship Program.

Local alumni volunteers screen and interview candidates and select scholarship winners. Scholarship volunteering season occurs in March/April each year. Volunteering with the Scholarship Program is a great way to get started with participating in San Francisco Bay Area Network activities!
