The professional schools of Law, Medicine, and Dentistry process their own academic transcripts. To request a transcript from a professional school within UCLA, please refer to the following links:
Alumni can obtain diplomas approximately three months after the degree award date. Diplomas can be received via mail by sending this form, or in person at the Registrar’s Office, 1113 Murphy Hall, with a photo ID. Graduates are only allowed one diploma per degree, however, a replacement diploma can be requested if the original was lost or destroyed.

UCLA Letters of Reference Service
UCLA undergraduates, graduates, and alumni can utilize the Letters of Reference Service when applying to graduate/professional school programs and faculty/post-doctoral research positions. This fee-based service will send and store letters of reference to universities and colleges, making it easier for both file holders and letter writers.
