Abraham Tabaie '05Abraham A. Tabaie '05 has been promoted to partner in the Palo Alto office of global law firm Skadden Arps. His law practice focuses on large-scale commercial business litigation, often involving trade secret misappropriation, privacy, and hacking claims, products liability defense and unfair competition litigation.

Tabaie practices at the federal and state levels, as well as in private arbitration. He also represents clients in intellectual property and false advertising disputes, and in appellate matters. His clients include companies in the technology, semiconductor, manufacturing, automotive and financial services industries. He also regularly handles plaintiff-side commercial litigation matters.

Tabaie graduated from UCLA summa cum laude, majoring in political science and history. He received his J.D. from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law in 2008 (Order of the Coif). He clerked for the Hon. Barry G. Silverman, 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Hon. George H. King, U.S. District Court for the Central District of California.
