Cinthia N. Flores '10 has been selected to serve as a commissioner of the CA 100, an initiative focused on identifying and uplifting transformative ideas, people and projects that accelerate progress through a shared vision of the future.

The CA 100 Initiative will devise its holistic vision by producing research and engaging leaders in 13 of the most impactful industries to California's future, including education; economic mobility, inequality and workforce; governance, media and civil society; and immigrant integration. As one of twenty-six commissioners, Flores will act as an advisor on all aspects of California 100's work and will be heavily involved in crafting a vision and strategy that prepares us for the challenges and opportunities the next century will bring. In particular, she will review and provide feedback on California 100's 13 research areas.
