Collin Cook '04

Collin Cook, a Fisher Phillips law firm associate, has been recognized as a “Rising Star” in the Southern California Super Lawyers 2016 Edition. Cook represents and counsels employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, including employment discrimination, wrongful termination, wage and hour litigation, unfair competition, workplace safety and construction labor law. Collin also regularly advises clients on workplace policies and procedures, employee classification issues and compliance with California's complex prevailing wage laws. With extensive experience in the construction industry, Cook is a member of the Legal Advisory Committee for the Associated General Contractors of California.

Cook was promoted to the position of partner with Fisher Phillips, effective Jan. 1, 2017.
