Constance Norton '83Constance E. Norton '83 (Life Member) has been named the Office Managing Shareholder in the San Francisco office of Littler, the world’s largest employment and labor law practice representing management.

Norton, an active litigator for nearly 30 years, defends employers in wage and hour class and PAGA-only actions, lawsuits involving claims of employment discrimination and harassment and employee theft of trade secrets. She is a member of the firm's Governance Committee and Women’s Leadership Initiative. Active in the community, she is board chair for the Shanti Project, a nonprofit agency that provides peer support and guidance to people affected by life-threatening illnesses, and she serves as a consumer advocate for a breast cancer research program.

A communications studies major at UCLA, Norton earned her J.D. from Golden Gate University School of Law.
