Daniel Mayeda '79, J.D. '82

After practicing law for 35 years, Daniel Mayeda '79, J.D. '82 (Life Member), has retired from the partnership of his law firm and is back on campus, joining the faculty of the School of Law. In January, he was appointed Associate Director of the school's new Documentary Film Legal Clinic, where he is helping to build a program that trains law students to provide pro bono legal services to documentary filmmakers.

Mayeda remains Of Counsel to Leopold, Petrich & Smith, a professional corporation.
