David F. Dianich, MBA '64

David F. Dianich, MBA '64, DBA, of Easton, Maryland, died Aug. 2, 2021.

Born June 3, 1936, in Lansing, Michigan, Dianich served 20 years in the U.S. Air Force, then taught and was chairman of the Salisbury State College Business School for three years. He subsequently taught for 15 years as a full professor at the University of Baltimore.

In retirement, Dianich was an inventor and entrepreneur.

His long-time love of sailing was shared with his wife, Jackie, who said that the photo of her husband at the helm of his boat "typifies David and his love of sailing, which we did for 41 years together. It was on the altar for his Celebration of Life Service."
