David Hochman '87David Hochman has joined Glaser Weil as a partner in the firm’s Century City office.

Hochman’s extensive experience in transactional matters, coupled with his personalized approach to client service, makes him a valuable asset to our firm. His practice focuses on intellectual property issues, entertainment licensing and general corporate matters, where he represents companies, start-ups and individuals.

Hochman is renowned for his proficiency in trademark matters, branding clearance, general corporate advice, transactional counsel in litigation and intellectual property due diligence. Notable clients include American fashion designer Rachel Zoe, media and film production company Legendary Pictures, premium water company Eternal Water, world renowned jeweler Pascal Mouawad and California-based clothing brand Evolutionary Apparel.

Prior to joining Glaser Weil, Hochman was a partner at a prominent Los Angeles-based full-service law firm. His distinguished career is complemented by his active involvement in the legal and broader community. He is the founder and president of the Los Angeles Sheriff's Foundation, serves on the Board of the Brent Shapiro Foundation for Drug Prevention and is actively involved with the Legal Services Division of the United Jewish Fund of Los Angeles, among other organizations.

Hochman holds a J.D. from Loyola Law School and a B.A. in history from UCLA. He is admitted to practice in California and is actively involved in several professional and community organizations, including the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s Intellectual Property Section and the Beverly Hills Bar Association’s Entertainment Law Division.
