Debra (Hinkel) DiNapoli ’73, CEO for Senior Planning Services in Santa Barbara, was recognized in Pacific Coast Business Times' 2020 "Who’s Who in Healthcare, Insurance & Life Sciences."

DiNapoli leads a team of specialists in geriatric nursing, social work, rehabilitation and dementia care. As chief executive, she has guided the organization in adapting practices to the realities of the COVID-19 pandemic and the urgent need to protect the health of vulnerable clients. Before joining Senior Planning Services in 2011, she was regional vice president of Olsten Kimberly Quality Care, where she was responsible for the company’s California offices. She also served as their Southern California and Central Coast area manager, and oversaw the organization’s Santa Barbara branch.
