Emily J. (Peacock) Atherton '02

Emily Atherton '02 has joined Klinedinst PC Los Angeles as counsel and has been awarded the Martindale-Hubbell® AV®-Preeminent™ designation, the highest honor Martindale can bestow.

Atherton's practice focuses on business, commercial and employment litigation. Before joining Klinedinst, she practiced in a wide range of areas, such as toxic tort, product liability, premises liability, business litigation and employment litigation.

Atherton has practiced in both state and federal courts and has represented a diverse array of clients throughout her career. She earned her B.A. degree in English and her J.D. from Pepperdine School of Law in 2005.
