Gabrielle Gordon '12
Gabrielle Gordon '12 has joined Ogletree Deakins' Los Angeles office as of counsel.
Gordon's practice focuses on the defense of employers against claims of discrimination, harassment and retaliation under California’s Fair Employment and Housing Act, wage and hour violations, wrongful termination and breach of contract claims.
Gordon defends both single plaintiff and class or collective action matters, practices in both state and federal court and arbitration, and has experience handling all phases of litigation. Additionally, she represents employers in administrative hearings and defends employers against charges before California’s Civil Rights Department (CRD), Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), and Department of Industrial Relations (DIR).
After earning degrees in Spanish and history as an undergraduate, Gordon received her J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, in 2016.
