Jason Fair '08Jason Fair '08, has been named managing partner of national trial law firm Robins Kaplan's Los Angeles and Silicon Valley offices. He succeeds Michael Geibelson, who has held the position since 2015.

With nearly a decade of experience at Robins Kaplan, Fair brings a deep understanding of the firm’s culture and strategic goals, making him well suited to lead the firm forward. Fair previously served as deputy managing partner of the Los Angeles office and currently co-chairs the firm’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee.

"It’s been an honor to lead the California offices for the past decade, and I have every confidence that Jason will continue to guide the offices to new heights," said Geibelson. "His commitment to excellence, client service and inclusive leadership make him a natural fit to lead our team into the future."

Fair counsels clients on business disputes and represents them in all forms of dispute resolution, with a focus on high-value matters in construction, real estate, corporate removals, appraisals and buyouts. Fair is also committed to pro bono work, partnering with organizations to protect the rights of vulnerable children. He was recently honored with Profiles in Diversity Journal’s 2024 Latino Leadership Award for his commitment to advancing diversity and inclusion.
