Jeremy M. Evans ’05 has been named a member of the board of advisors of the Rose Bowl Legacy Foundation and his podcast, “Bleav in Sports Law,” has also been named best sports law podcast by Feedspot.
Evans will also be appearing at a California Lawyers Foundation Signature Speaker Series roundtable, “Leadership in Sports,” on March 3.
In September 2020, The Rose Bowl Stadium and the Rose Bowl Legacy Foundation launched the Rose Bowl Institute (RBI) as the Rose Bowl’s non-profit think tank. The RBI will air its next program, “A Dialogue on the Pandemic & Collegiate Sports,” on Thursday, Feb. 25, at 1 p.m. PT. The dialogue will address the many issues and questions raised by COVID-19-related restrictions on collegiate sports in a one-hour discussion moderated by ESPN College Football Playoff Senior Writer and Studio Analyst Heather Dinich. The panel will consist of UCLA Athletic Director Martin Jarmond, Ivy League Executive Director Robin Harris, Sun Belt Conference Commissioner Keith Gill and NCAA Vice President of Legal Affairs and General Counsel Scott Bearby.
