For the second year in a row, Josh Escovedo, J.D. ’12, has been named a top Trademarks author in the JD Supra Readers’ Choice Awards.
The Readers’ Choice Awards recognize top authors read by C-suite executives, in-house counsel, media and other professionals across the JD Supra platform during 2019. More than 50,000 authors contributed articles to JD Supra over the year, and the awards recognized 235 for their visibility and thought leadership covering 26 key, cross-industry topics (10 authors per category).
Escovedo is an associate at Weintraub Tobin, a leading California full-service law firm; he is based in the firm’s Sacramento office, but serves various clients throughout California and across the United States.
Escovedo maintains a general litigation practice, with a particular emphasis on disputes involving real property and intellectual property (specifically, trademark and copyright). In addition to those two practice areas, he handles a broad range of commercial litigation matters for clients in various industries, including, but not limited to, hospitality, real estate, sports and entertainment, agriculture and construction.
