Katie Shilton, M.L.I.S. ’07, Ph.D. ’11
UCLA Information Studies alumna Katie Shilton, MLIS '07, Ph.D. '11 has been selected to lead a five-year project funded by the National Science Foundation (NSF) on methods to incorporate data security into the design of mobile applications. The study titled, “Finding Levers for Privacy and Security by Design in Mobile Development” is supported by a $128,140 grant from the NSF’s Faculty Early Career Development Program (CAREER).
