Lauren Schwartz '14 was elevated to shareholder in Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck’s Corporate and Business Department, effective Jan. 1.
With significant experience navigating complex debt finance matters, Schwartz provides trusted representation to a wide range of clients. Her work covers the full scope of middle market commercial debt transactions. This includes acquisition financing, first lien/second lien structures, asset-based credit facilities and debtor-in-possession arrangements. In her lending practice, she represents traditional banks and direct lenders in their capacities as the sole lender, lead agent or syndicate lender. On the borrower side, she has experience working with equity sponsors and businesses at every stage of their development.
Schwartz is a 2018 graduate of Duke University School of Law and earned her bachelor’s degree, cum laude, in communications studies and political science.
