Leonard E. Marquez, J.D. '99

Wendel, Rosen, Black & Dean LLP, the largest law firm in the East Bay representing businesses throughout the region, announces that Partner and Bruin Leonard E. Marquez, J.D. '99 has been named to the Alameda County Bar Association board of directors as a member at large.

A partner in the litigation group, Marquez focuses on commercial landlord-tenant law, as well as general civil litigation and intellectual property. He represents clients in contract and lease disputes, including advising commercial landlords in the eviction of tenants, and representing office, retail and restaurant tenants in matters involving breach of lease and other disputes. An active member in both the legal and Hispanic communities, Marquez is a member of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of Contra Costa County and as General Counsel to the California Hispanic Chambers of Commerce.
