Mariam El Hasan '19

Attorney Mariam El Hasan '19 has joined the Los Angeles office of Leech Tishman as an associate in the firm's Employment & Labor Practice Group. Prior to becoming an associate, El Hasan was employed at Leech Tishman as a law clerk.

El Hasan regularly advises clients on all aspects of the employment relationship, from hiring through termination, including employment discrimination issues, workplace and sexual harassment, wrongful discharge claims, wage and hour issues, drafting and negotiating employment and independent contractor agreements, and preparation of employee handbooks.

Fuscaldo, Leech Tishman’s managing partner. “During her time as a law clerk, Mariam had the opportunity to dig deep on a number of employment and labor issues. El Hasan majored in comparative literature as an undergraduate.
