Michele A. Goldwasser, M.A. '91, Ph.D. '96

Michele A. Goldwasser, M.A. '91, Ph.D. '96, passed away on February 22 from metastic breast cancer. She was 64.

Goldwasser earned both of her graduate degrees in folklore and mythology. She was an assistant/lecturer professor at UCSD from 2000 to 2016, when she had to retire for medical reasons.
