Monica H. Bullock of nationwide employment law firm Jackson Lewis P.C. has been elevated to principal. Bullock is an attorney in the firm’s Riverside, California, office where she represents public and private employers in labor and employment law matters. Her practice has encompassed representation of varied employers in retail, health care, service, intellectual property and insurance industries.
Bullock’s experience includes all facets of wrongful termination, employment discrimination and workplace harassment litigation, as well as wage and hour matters. Her practice includes litigation under the Fair Employment and Housing Act, Title VII, California Labor Codes, Federal Labor Standards Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, California Family Rights Act, Family Medical Leave Act, and Cal-OSHA. She participated in the publication of a national treatise covering topics related to the Americans with Disabilities Act and hiring practices.
While attending law school, Bullock served as an editor of the UCLA Law Review and president of the Women’s Law Union. She has published articles in the UCLA Law Review and the Journal of Legislation.
