Patricia "Trish" Halsey-Munroe '70
On Veteran's Day, 2021, California State Assemblymember Tasha Boerner Horvath (CAD76) awarded Patricia "Trish" Halsey-Munroe '70 the 2021 Service Award for Excellence in Advocacy.
Halsey-Munroe is retired as a Colonel, USMC, and as a civilian attorney for the US Coast Guard. She is the president for the board of directors for the Move Your Feet Before You Eat Foundation, raising funds and supporting exercise programs in North County San Diego. She continues to volunteer for political campaigns and fundraising for educational organizations.
