Patrick W. Kelly, J.D. '10

Snell & Wilmer’s California offices announced that Patrick W. Kelly, J.D. '10, was elected to join the firm’s partnership and Kevin Zen was elected to counsel, effective since January 1, 2019.

Kelly's practice is concentrated in business and commercial litigation, with an emphasis in contract disputes and claims relating to corporate, franchise and partnership disputes, commercial lease disputes and uniform commercial code issues. His experience also extends to disputes involving the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), trademark and copyright infringement, insurance defense and bad faith claims, defamation claims and other actions seeking damages, extraordinary relief, injunctive relief, declaratory relief and other remedies in state and federal litigation, arbitration and mediation. Kelly has represented a range of clients that includes residential real estate franchisors, home décor franchisors, transportation franchisors, financial institutions, insurance companies, clothing manufacturers, actors and athletes, general contractors, and suppliers and distributors. He is a member of Snell & Wilmer’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group and TCPA Practice Group.
