Paul Chau (Tinhpheng) '06 of engineering firm Kennedy Jenks recently received an award given to only one person per year – the KJ Accelerator Award – for his contributions to building their business.

A vice president Kennedy Jenks, known for delivering innovative solutions on water and environmental projects to clients across the U.S., Chau is currently serving on the firm's board of directors, playing a critical role in running the employee-owned business in addition to his work with clients on goundwater, recycled water and other drinking water projects.

"The work he does has a generational impact on public health," the firm wrote in a press release.

After receiving his bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Chau earned a master of environmental engineering and science from Stanford University.
