Peter K. Rosen '75

Peter K. Rosen '75 (Life member) has joined to the Los Angeles panel of JAMS, the largest private provider of alternative dispute resolution services worldwide. He will serve as an arbitrator, mediator, special master and neutral evaluator in a variety of practice areas, including business/commercial, construction, cybersecurity and privacy, entertainment and sports, insurance, international, natural/mass disaster relief, professional liability and securities.

After earning his B.A. in political science, Rosen went on to earn his M.P.A. and his J.D. from the University of Southern California. He has spent his legal career handling high-profile insurance matters both domestically and internationally, his role in the World Trade Center insurance coverage litigation earning him worldwide recognition. Rosen has authored numerous leading texts on directors' and officers' liability and business interruption claims and has taught at the law schools of USC and Pepperdine University.
