Peter Nicholson Audé, Jr. '51

Peter Nicholson Audé, Jr. ’51 passed away on Sept. 21, 2017 at age 87. Born in New York City, Audé grew up in Los Angeles, graduating from Los Angeles High School at age 16. An ROTC student at UCLA, where he was a member of Sigma Pi Upsilon fraternity and the rowing team, Audé majored in business administration. Upon graduation, he received a reserve commission in the army, eventually receiving a regular commission, serving a tour of duty in Vietnam and rising to the rank of full colonel.

Audé is survived by his former wife, Betty Sue Audé; daughter Susan Audé and son Peter Gregory Audé of Columbia, SC; son Steven Nicholson Audé and his wife Patsy of Leavenworth, KS.; granddaughter Blythe Daniel Fisher of Nashville, TN; and half-sister Christie Crahan of Glendale, CA.
