Ray Pearl '91 (Life Member) was elected to serve as a member of the Westlake Village, Calif., City Council on November 6, 2018 and was sworn in on December 5, 2018.

Additionally, as the Executive Director of the California Housing Consortium, a non-profit organization which strives to overcome the housing crisis facing California’s veterans, seniors, low income families and homeless individuals, Ray was part of a four-person executive committee that was instrumental in the passage of Proposition 1 on November's ballot. This proposition will provide $4 billion to increase the state's supply of affordable housing.
