Shiva Shirazi Davoudian '00

Shiva Shirazi Davoudian '00 was elevated to shareholder, effective Jan. 1, in the Los Angeles office of Littler, the world’s largest employment and labor law practice representing management.

Davoudian defends employers in California and federal courts on a wide range of employment law matters. She represents employers before the National Labor Relations Board, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and California Department of Fair Employment and Housing and arbitrates disputes arising under collective bargaining agreements. Davoudian counsels clients on compliance issues, preparation of commission agreements and various workplace issues, including employee discipline, personnel policies and reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities.

Davoudian earned her J.D., with honors, from Loyola Law School and her B.A. in sociology, summa cum laude, from UCLA.
