Terrence A. Everett '75

Terrence A. Everett '75 has joined the Los Angeles office of Blank Rome LLP as partner in the firm’s Corporate, M&A, and Securities group. Everett focuses his practice on a range of corporate and finance transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and securities, and real estate dealings. He joins Blank Rome from Carlsmith Ball LLP.

Everett earned his J.D. from Loyola Law School, cum laude, and his B.A., in economics, magna cum laude.
