Vernon Charles Sanders, who attended the UCLA Graduate School of Management at night while working full time, earning an Executive Program certificate, passed away on Jan. 10 at age 89.

Sanders and his wife, Jan, were longtime active members of the Rose Bowl Bruins alumni network and often vacationed in the summers with their grandchildren at the Bruin Woods Alumni Camp in Lake Arrowhead.
