Vito Costanzo '84

Holland & Knight LLP is pleased to announce that Litigation Partner Vito Costanzo '84 has been named a 2017 "Client Service All-Star MVP" by the BTI Consulting Group Inc. This is the second consecutive year, and third time overall, that Costanzo has been recognized as a BTI Client Service All-Star. The 2017 list features 319 attorneys in the nation who have been identified as leaders in superior client service by corporate counsel.

BTI based its selections on the key factors that it believes drive client service today, including “client focus, innovative thought leadership, exceptional understanding of the client's business, legal skills, outsized value and outstanding results."

Costanzo has extensive experience in the litigation of software and technology licensing disputes, infringement and misappropriation of intellectual property rights, trade secrets, employment disputes, real property rights and partnership disputes. He has conducted both jury and non-jury trials and appeals, and has practiced before federal and state courts in California, federal courts in various states, the American Arbitration Association, and the Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services.
