The UCLA Alumni Changemakers Summit: Emotional Labor at Work convenes Bruin leaders and decision-makers to share best practices and catalyze positive development on issues of diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace. This summit brings together UCLA’s world-class alumni, mid and senior-level leaders from all industries to fight racial trauma and injustice, and holds space to empower and equip attendees for courageous conversations at work.
