Keep up with your mindfulness practice with our six week guided meditation series. These 30 minute sessions will be led by Diana Winston and Marvin Belzer from the UCLA Mindful Awareness Research Institute, every Wednesday from May 20 to June 24.
May 20: The basics of mindfulness meditation
May 27: Working with difficulties such as physical and difficult emotions
June 3: Working with difficult patterns of thoughts
June 10: Cultivation of positive emotions
June 17: Natural awareness
June 24: Relational mindfulness
