What do Bruins, or for that matter most folks, coming from Southern California look for when moving to the D.C. area? Yes, that elusive authentic Mexican food. Well this taqueria may make you feel like you’re grabbing some home cooking on Soto Street in East L.A.

After a filling brunch, we will go to a nearby winery and get a private group tasting. This will be conducted in a private space, run about 45 minutes, and include 7 wines poured by a wine educator who is dedicated to our group.

Hopefully the Mexican food will live up to what you remember when at UCLA. We’re not in Napa so please temper your expectations on the wines. But guaranteed we’ll all have a good time in the great company of fellow Bruins!
