Have you heard the term “self-care” and wondered what that entails? Are you new to the practice and exploring ideas to integrate into your day? Looking to expand your knowledge and resources in your self-care routine?

Head into the holidays with tips on how to make the most of your time off. Join us for an online workshop on self-care, hosted by the UCLA Alumni Assocation. Dr. Crystal I. Lee ’05 will be sharing different types of self-care and discussing practical ways to incorporate them into your busy life. You’ll take away a new understanding of and appreciation for self-care, helping to provide balance towards happiness, health and being more in tune with your mind and body.

Dr. Crystal I. Lee is a licensed psychologist with a passion and talent for helping people get unstuck and live the life they desire. Currently in her private practice, LA Concierge Psychologist, Dr. Lee works with clients throughout California and Nevada via secure video. She has worked in the mental health field for nearly 20 years and has specialized training and experience in Autism Spectrum Disorder and Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder. Dr. Lee obtained her doctorate and master’s degrees in clinical psychology from Baylor University and her bachelor degrees in psychology and sociology from UCLA. Dr. Lee is an active and respected member of the mental health community, currently serving on the board of the Los Angeles County Psychological Association, Psychologists of Color, and Disability Community Resource Center.
