Join the UCLA Latino Alumni Association (ULAA) and the Stanford Latino Alumni Association of Southern California (SLAA-SoCal) for a fun outdoor hike! It will be a great way to meet other Bruins, connect with other local like-minded Latinos, as well as meet some of our board and committee members. We will also be able to connect with the SLAA-SoCal community for even more networking. Family and friends are welcome! Dogs are also welcome but must remain leased at all times.
The hike is roughly 5 miles round trip and leads to a picturesque 44-ft. tall waterfall and shallow wading pool. It will take about 1.5-2 hours to complete. Eaton Canyon is a natural area and wildlife preserve dedicated to the protection of this beautiful nature resource. Please make sure to bring water, wear comfortable clothing/athletic shoes and bring sunblock.
For event and registration questions or special accommodation needs, please contact Cesar Pacheco at paccesar5@ucla.edu.
There are restrooms at the start of the trailhead and lots of free parking. Here's more info: https://www.hikespeak.com/trails/eaton-canyon-falls/
