SubscribeThe mission of the UCLA Disability Alumni Network (UDAN) is to create spaces for alumni with experiences of visible and invisible disabilities to network and exchange knowledge. We strive to foster an inclusive alumni network that reflects the diversity of our members’ experiences and intersectional identities within the disabled community.
To accomplish our mission, we have four strategic pillars:
Partnerships: Collaborating with other alumni networks and campus partners.
Advocacy: Providing support to alumni to increase their ability to advocate for themselves.
Community: Creating a community for UCLA alumni with disabilities to support one another socially and professionally.
Teaching: Teaching alumni, students, faculty and staff about accessible, equitable resources using a disability justice framework.
While UDAN is foremost for UCLA alumni with disabilities, others within the UCLA community are welcome as well. Find out how you can become an active member of UDAN by completing the membership form below.
