Meet the Speaker:
After Hon. Barbara R. Johnson retired from the Los Angeles Superior Court in 2020 after 27 years on the bench with assignments in Probate, the Appellate Division, and the Criminal Department, she is now a full-time Mediator, Arbitrator, Referee, and Private Judge with ADR Services, Inc. Judge Johnson's Probate Court assignment included overseeing cases involving breach of fiduciary duty, contested conservatorships, contested guardianships, trust, and estate accounting disputes, contested real property transfers, trust contests, trust administration disputes, and will contests.
