Flexible, a real estate company founded by former Bruin defensive end Tom Blake '09 offering a variety of transaction options for owners of commercial and residential real estate, is wrapping up another year of strong growth following its recent expansion into California, Texas, Utah, Florida and New York.

Flexible is not Blake's first foray into this market. Blake was the co-founder and CEO of Dropmodel, a venture-backed financial analysis platform for real estate investors that was acquired by HouseCanary, a leader in nationwide property data and analytics. Blake joined the company as vice president of investor platform.

Blake was a two-year starter for the Bruins, playing his junior year under head coach Karl Dorrell '87 and his senior year under Rick Neuheisel '85.
