Shahram Samie, J.D. '09, attorney in the Los Angeles office of Littler, the world’s largest employment and labor law practice representing management, was elevated to shareholder, effective Jan. 1.

Samie represents and counsels employers in a wide variety of employment law matters arising under both federal and state laws. In addition to litigation, he counsels clients on numerous issues, including engaging in the interactive process with employees who have work restrictions. Additionally, Samie has presented on implicit bias, AB-5, corporal punishment, workplace harassment and bullying.

Samie earned his B.A. at Georgetown University.
