"The Right Is Ours" - an evening focused on the Women's Suffragist Movement, joined by UCLA Professor Ellen DuBois

See the world premiere of the brand new musical "The Right Is Ours!" about the extraordinary friendship of two very different women, Elizabeth Cady Stanton and Susan B. Anthony, whose efforts spurred the creation of the Women’s Suffragist Movement, and ignited the spark that won women the right to vote.

Before the show please join other UCLA Bruins for a reception in the theater lobby, with beverages and snacks provided. We will also be joined by UCLA History Professor Ellen DuBois, whose research focuses on the history of U.S. women, with a focus on political history. Professor DuBois will give a talk at the conclusion of the musical.
