Ranee Adipat, J.D. '10, has been promoted to partner at global law firm Ropes & Gray. Adipat leads transformative health care deals for academic medical centers and large health systems across the U.S. and advises on mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, joint ventures and other precedent-setting transactions.

She is one of 20 attorneys who have been named partners of the firm, effective Nov. 1.
