Mindy C. Hsu '08 has been added to Goldberg Segalla’s Workers’ Compensation practice group in Orange County, California.

For more than 10 years, Hsu has focused her practice on workers’ compensation matters throughout southern California, primarily representing employers, insurance carriers and third-party administrators. She handles every aspect of the claims process, from developing case work-ups for exposure analysis and settlement considerations to handling discovery, conferences and trials, conducting cross-examinations and depositions of medical experts, as well as settlement negotiations, hearings and appeals.

After receiving her B.A. in comparative literature, Hsu earned her J.D. from Southwestern Law School.
