Biography:

Amanda Jaggard is a partner and executive coach with Novus Global, an executive coaching firm of 50-plus coaches. As one of the first coaches to join Novus Global, she has had a significant role in building and shaping the firm’s culture. She is a co-founder of the Meta Performance™ Institute, a pioneering coaches training program, training and developing coaches in their coaching ability as well as in building a thriving coaching practice. She currently serves as faculty for The Institute, coaching and mentoring leaders transitioning into coaching careers. She is one of Novus Global’s top corporate trainers and is a primary developer and lead trainer for the Meta Performance Management Trainings, training leaders and executives in organizations in the coaching work. In addition to her leadership in the firm, she also has a full coaching practice with some of the top leaders in technology, entertainment, manufacturing, sports, finance and nonprofits. Jaggard is passionate about helping people live transformed and empowered lives, as she has experienced the deep power of coaching in her own life. Her oldest son is currently a Bruin, set to graduate in 2027. She lives in Los Angeles with her younger son.
