Neil Stipp, D.M.A. (Doctor of Musical Arts) '03, composer and performer, is in the May/June 2024 edition of "Fanfare Magazine" with an interview article entitled, "Simplifying, Snoozing, and Cycling: An Interview With Composer Neil Stipp." Included in the magazine are positive reviews of his "Symphony Capriccio," which is on the CD "Chisinau 1: New Music for Orchestra," released by Phasma-Music.
Recent premiers of his works include: "Classical Suite for String Trio" in Kwidzyn, Poland (June 2024); "Four Pieces for Flute, Bb Clarinet, and Cello" and "Woodwind Quintet No.1" in Athens, Greece (July 2024); "Capriccio for Bb Clarinet, Violin, and Piano" in Whittier, California (October 2024); and "Sonatina for Flute and Oboe" in Lviv, Ukraine (February 2025).
