Alok Gupta '96 recently joined the Los Angeles office of Ogletree Deakins as of counsel. He has represented employers in all aspects of employment law, with a focus on litigation. He has also advised employers in unfair competition and theft of trade secrets, wage and hour, performance management of employees and hiring, and discipline and terminations.

Gupta earned his human resources master’s certificate from Cornell University and his J.D. from the University of California, Davis. He majored in economics as an undergraduate.
