Troy Foster '94

Perkins Coie law is pleased to announce that Troy Foster ‘94 has joined the firm’s Palo Alto office as a partner in the Emerging Companies & Venture Capital practice. Foster’s practice assists a wide range of corporate and entrepreneurial clients including emerging growth companies, venture capital firms, public companies and investment banks. He counsels clients on corporate finance, corporate law and governance, mergers and acquisitions, and venture capital issues. Foster also has hands-on experience with securities class action and high-stakes corporate litigation as well as regulatory compliance across industries. He has represented dozens of clients through various venture capital, equity, and strategic financings. Foster has also counseled public and private companies through various merger and asset sale transactions in the technology, digital media and life science sectors.
